So, first of all, regarding a technological tool to improve children’s listening skills is English for Children (Rong-Chang). In it, children can choose from different topics and they can listen to an audio track. From it, they can work on exercises of vocabulary, filling the gaps, crosswords, ordering sentences and dictations; all going through the same vocabulary and structures which appear in each audio track.

Secondly, to improve kids’ speaking skills and pronunciation, I would highlight the technological tool called Natural Readers. In it, students can paste parts of a text and hear to different people reading it aloud.
They can change the speed in which the reader is reading the text and change to different people reading it; so that they can choose the tone of voice which is easier for them to understand and they can start selecting a slower pace and keep increasing it when they are able to understand and say the part of the text appropriately. It is a text to speech application in which students can paste text of any type (even full documents) and press play so that the voice that they choose, at the speed they desire, reads the text for them. |
Thirdly, in order to help students improve their writing skills, I would suggest the technological tool called Storybird. In it, students are able to create their own stories (from scratch or from a given template) and add pictures. They can also work cooperatively and create any type of text with other classmates or at home: poems, picture books, biographies, etc.

Fourthly, if we want our students to practice their reading skills, Oxford Owl is a great technological tool because it is a free ebook library in which there are hundreds of books classified according to age and level so that students can read stories and listen to a speaker telling them (you just need to register and there is a huge free library of books).

And finally, a technological tool that can be used for the classroom organisation is Instant Classroom. With it, you can assign each student a place to sit in the classroom, choose a name of a student to participate in the class for whatever reason you need it and make groups of students; all done randomly.
